The Museum will be closed from Sunday 23 December to Saturday 29 December (inclusive).
The Archive & Library will be closed from Saturday 22 December to Tuesday 1 January (inclusive).
Normal opening hours resume Wednesday 2 January.
Please note:
The Museum opening hours are being changed slightly to allow work on our Prehistoric Wiltshire Galleries project to be undertaken:
- From Monday 31 December the Museum will CLOSE on Mondays, until Easter, i.e. open Monday 25 March.
- From Tuesday 8 January 2013 the Museum and Archive & Library will open at 11am. This is a permanent change.
Admission to the Museum during this period is HALF PRICE (children under 16 FREE).
